This was an exceptional experience. Our party of eight were guided by Erica and Kerry and boy did we enjoy ourselves. Some of us never ziplined before and they were real pro's and made us feel confident right from the start. By the end we wanted to take them with us as friends. I highly recommend this as a must do. The scenery is breathtaking and the guides really knoe they're stuff.

This was a great experience. My wife and I are not the greatest when it comes to handling heights, so doing this was a bit of a stretch for us. The guides were fantastic at making you feel comfortable and were extremely professional. They knew their stuff if was clear. Safety was a top priority. They also made it fun with some light hearted banter to keep your mind off the heights, although after completing a few of the zips our confidence really built and we lost a lot of our fear. Knowing you were always clipped in to a safety line is a major confidence booster! Its also helpful to know you are clipped to 2 zip lines, not one. These wires aren't going to break either. Very thick and rubber coated too.

The trees are HUGE! Incredibly tall and surprisingly (with one exception), really quite young. There was one old growth tree there that was somewhere around 1000 years old, but the rest of the area had been clearcut about 150 years ago. Yet in that time the trees had grown to over 200 feet high! One of the largest was apparently over 250 feet high. You zip from platforms that are suspended in the trees. Some of the platforms are over 100 feet in the air.

You start of with a training session at a few feet off of the ground and learn how to control your speed (although frankly, most of the zips didn't require any braking at all).

At a slow spot (we were catching up with the group in front of us) the guides suggested some additional fun things to do. My wife even went as far as to lean backwards over the edge of one of the platforms just supported by her 2(two) independent restraint lines. It looked scary but was completely safe. I chickened out though!

It takes about 90 minutes or so for the whole event. You need to phone up in advance to make reservations. When we phoned up we made a reservation for a few days out, since they were already booked up. I suspect it could be tricky to get same day reservations in the summer. Do it, you will love it!

This was one of the highlights of our trip! We were completely new to ziplining but our guides, Jessica & Allie took great care of us, making sure everyone felt comfortable & safe, especially taking care of the kids in the group. They were a lot of fun and we wished we could have done more. The location is completely amazing and is a great way to really enjoy the redwoods. If you have a couple of hours, this is an absolute must. Take a leap of faith, breathe, and enjoy!!!

I have been zip lining in Costa Rica, Hawaii and Catalina Island. I loved this zip thru the beautiful, majestic redwoods. Reservations were very easy to make, and the staff were very helpful. The guides were very friendly and big on safety, fun and funny. Matt and Sean My only complaint is I am used to letting, go, flapping my arms, going upside down, and just letting loose. It is not allowed here. But go, it is a beautiful relaxing zip, if your a zipper!

I was a first-time "zipliner" and had an extremely good time. The guides, Erica and Jarrod, are wonderful - they made us feel safe but definitely added to the fun experience. There were 6 ziplines and one swinging bridge. Wish the East Coast had something like this!
