During our California vacation, our family went to this restaurant after several recommendations that we go there. The location is fantastic. The restaurant sits high on a ridge overlooking the Pacific. The view is wonderful. The history of the restaurant adds to its lure. The stories of it being haunted add to the overall experience. On the other hand, the food is just average.
The fried seafood was overly breaded. Burgers we just ok. The clam chowder was good but not great. The Ceasar salad was very good. We suggest that you go to this restaurant for a drink and an appetizer. Enjoy the view. Then go somewhere else for a good meal. There are many good restaurants in the area.
