We stopped here to visit with one of our daughter's friends from SCU Rowing. It's a busy place. Ordering is done at the counter. I got the ahi seared, and it was outstanding. Others favored the fried fish, and shrimp, and they liked it.

The chairs are not the most comfortable, and the seating is tight, making negotiating the way to a table with a load of food difficult.

A perfect setting for a lunch by the water. A wharf with covered tables, live music, all the great Seafood you want. The food was varied and fresh, fish & Chips, Shrimp, oysters on the half shelve and a fine selection of beers and wine. It's also Dog friendly. The Place was full, a nice mix of tourists and locals. Will be back on our next trip to the Central Coast.

On our way to the Hearst Castle traveling up 101N, we stopped in Morro Bay for a drink, dinner and to spend the night. We walked the Main Street and picked the Dockside Restaurant for dinner. The Dockside had 3 spots: Dockside Too, Dockside 3 and The Dockside Restaurant. We chose the last with inside seating. We ordered BBQ Oysters which were wonderful. You got 6 on the half shell for $12.95. Then we all ordered Fish & Chips (pacific cod). This I would rate as an average Friday fish fry which was $9.95. We would return again for the oysters! And the pleasant service!

Excellent fresh fish, generous portions, plenty of choice... a little noisy in the dining area, but I guess that's the price you pay for eating in a popular restaurant. Great value for money

We had eaten here a few years ago and found the food to be very good. We recently returned and since we had our dog with us, we ate outside on the pier. It was like night and day. The food was mediocre at best. My fish was overcooked and tasted as if it had been prepared hours earlier and had been sitting in a steam table just waiting for me to order it. My wife's salad was just OK. We will try this place again, making sure to eat inside next time.
