It seems that most pizza restaurants in the central coast area seem to purchase their dough from the same vendor with the resultant product resembling a "focaccia-like" pizza crust. I find that undesirable. Sabetta's on the other hand, gets it right. Their crust is thin, chewy and tasty. Flavorful sauce (not sugary) and adequate toppings. The delivery to Morro Bay was quick, the pizza was hot and served with a smile.
