price was within budget with rooms available on a last minute check. quiet and freshly remodeled with outstanding WiFi. my husband cannot live without his computer so quality WiFi is of the utmost importance next to Hotel Rates. He actually asked the very friendly lady at the front desk about the WiFi. She commented that it was some sort of commercial WiFi which no other hotel we've ever stayed at has.

this hotel is next door to "Carla's Kitchen" which is the best breakfast house in Morro Bay! no need to drive around. we parked the car and walked most of our stay.

the only bad news if i have any would be the wild kids who were on spring break who were rather noisy in the alley adjacent to our window. NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT!

The hotel as basic but comfortable with a huge king size bed. Our room was roadside and therefore quite noisy - we were woken early by the bins being emptied. However it was a good location, only 5 mins walk from the bay and all the restaurants.

Breakfast was repulsive - you'd be better off going out of the motel for food.

Speedy free wifi although we had to phone reception to ask for the code, it wasn't provided.

The area was perfect to walk to the shops and restaurants of the bay area just a block down the hill.. The room was completely new from the crown molding all the way down to the tile in the bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable. We had Room 107 across from the ice machine (noise not a problem) with a big window overlooking the Morro Rock and a peak view of the ocean. We were extremely happy and comfortable and would have stayed longer if we didn't other plans. The breakfast buffet was delicious including the waffles. You won't find a better value with very friendly staff, free wi-fi and breakfast, and a perfect location in Morro Bay!

My Fiance and I were doing the drive up the coast to San Fran and needed somewhere to rest. We hopped on Trip advisor and saw great reviews for this place.
We were very happy with the customer service, made us feel like family :)
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will Defiantly stay here again if we drive up the coast again!

If you're looking for value while doing the California hwy 1, look no further. At $64 bucks including breakfast and wifi, this motel can't be beaten.

The room was immaculate, the breakfast adequate, the staff friendly and the position? 2 minutes stroll to the waterfront and all the restaurants etc.

We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thoroughly recommended.

On a four week road trip around California, Arizona and Nevada we have stayed in numerous motels, many of them Best Western but this was the best! We arrived on the same week end as the Cayucos Car Show so the place was very busy ( and we got a free display of several gleaming classic cars in the car park). The staff at Reception were very helpful, pointing out that we would benefit from becoming members of the BW rewards scheme and showing us how to get back dated points from previous hotels. We had assumed the scheme only aplied in US but this is not so. We are now Platinum members! There was a useful lift to our first floor room which we found to be quite small but clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast met our needs well and we enjoyed meeting fellow guests for a chat at the cocktail hour in the evening. The short walk down to the promenade gave us ample choice of restaurants for evening meals and the opportunity to try examples of freshly caught fish. Less rain would have made our stay even more enjoyable but the friendliness of the staff went some way to make up for that.

This is our third multi-day stay at this VERY nice hotel...just three short blocks from downtown and a short distance from Morro Rock. The rooms are fairly sizeable and impeccably clean. It is family-managed, and the housekeeping staff has remained there for years and is consistlenty efficient and pleasant. There have been gradual improvements ion the past three years-granite-surfaced washbasins, flat panel TV's, a nicely refurbished continental breakfast area. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
