We knew that The Good Fork was related to Maurizio's so expecting great food we checked that, yes, it was open on a Monday night. We found easy parking in the rear lot and a short walk around the block. The seating along the flagstone wall is just right with the sun setting into the front with the street wall wide open and seating at table spaces extending onto the front sidewalk. We ordered off the menu with my wife selecting the glazed salmon (about her favorite) which was grilled to perfection with al dente green beans a little too raw. She chose a local Pinot Noir which matched her meal. I chose an appetizer of calamari with fries which was done just right with light breading cooked in fresh oil. I added their roasted beet salad which was topped with a light dressing not to overpower the fine beet flavor. I selected a local Sauvignon Blanc to match the calamari. The service was great and the fare presentation was well done. For dessert my wife promised fresh strawberries on ice cream....at home! A fine night out! We'll try it out again some time.

Their happy hour really can't be beat! Sit in the bar area, lounge area or patio, and order off of the bar menu for 50% off. There are also select wines, beer, and well drinks for 50% off. The wait staff are always attentive and friendly.

Must try: Salmon tartare, squash blossoms, fillet, scallops, and mushroom risotto.

Starting to really love this place. The food is excellent, the service is really good and the ambience one of a small town restaurant. Started coming here to have lunch outside earlier this summer and really loved the salads and appetizers. Having now enjoyed a few dinners both in the restaurant and bar and been really impressed with with dinner menu.

One item that I think needs improvement is the wine list. It is expensive for the limited not very good wines they offer.

If we lived nearby, we would come back to The Good Fork regularly. The service was excellent, despite the fact that the staff had been severely tested earlier that afternoon by a huge party that turned out to be twice the size that was expected.

The menu was creative and had lots of variety. The restaurant buys locally produced food whenever possible, and that seems to be a reflection of its commitment to quality.
