Due to flooding of Hwy 101, I was forced to spend the night at a hotel just off the highway, as I had been sitting all day in bumper-to-bumper stopped traffic...later to find out Hwy 101 was closed.
I'm very glad I picked this hotel....the friendliest, most helpful people at check-in (Paula and John) and the man who-does-it-all Isaiah. Was pretty worn out and happy to see they had an evening social hour..comp beer/wine/chicken wings..fries..onion rings..crackers cheese veggies. Just what I needed, since I was only going to go across the parking lot to get a McD salad.
I asked for lower floor and was accommodated as such in a big, spacious room..a small fridge, microwave there also; coffee maker..and a king bed and a couch!
The comp hot breakfast had all the standard fare..plus scrambled eggs/muffins/bagels/oatmeal/yogurts etc etc fruit; a big variety. And the lobby /dining area is very inviting, "homey" and the hotel is 3 stories high and you dine in an "atrium" like setting..and the glass elevator can be seen from the dining area and the doors to the rooms face the atrium.
There was also an indoor pool.
A very relaxing, accommodating stay and I will definetly come here again!
