Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Nice place very clean great continental breakfast. Isaiah went above and beyond to make our stay great. My kids love the indoor pool, and I love the work out facility.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have stayed at this hotel many times and thoroughly enjoy the decor and rooms as well as the enjoyable breakfast and Manager's reception. However, at this time we would like to emphasize the exceptional customer service we always receive especially from our recent stay. Please forward praise to front desk Paula, Isaiah and JP who are always ready to serve with expertise and a smile. Also to Brook who is to be found at the front desk at times and is extremely friendly. He also organizes a very tasty Manager's reception. And let us not forget Paulina who very quietly and efficiently serves us a delightful breakfast always with a smile. We will also of course mention Samir the manager who welcomed us and spent time getting to know us. Thank you sir! We will definitely be back to this very pleasant hotel and also recommend it to friends.

Room tip: Third floor rooms are quieter and corner suites are larger. All rooms are very comfortable.

Nice Hotel!

Access to this hotel is very easy. Check-in was a breeze. My room was clean and prepared for my arrival. This hotel is quiet and comfortable making for a good nights rest. The room is dark, which makes it easy to fall asleep quickly. Regulating the temperature of the room is straightforward. The breakfast choices are good. The staff kept everything replenished so you never had to wait. In the evening upon returning to the hotel they provide snacks and adult beverages in the atrium area, which is nice for unwinding after a long day of meetings or whatever. A group of us walked a few blocks for dinner on two different evenings. The area around the hotel has adequate lighting and appears to be safe. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again when I return to this area.

Extremely Poor breakfast menu

The food was horrible they were powdered eggs, horrible gravy and nasty bacon.
The room was fine but very small but clean.
Need to invest in better food service.
I would not stay at this place again. It was overpriced with lousy breakfast.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at, stay on business a lot in the Bay Area but I always make the extra drive south to Morgan Hill, rooms are pretty spacious and well set up. Front desk personnel Isaiah, Brook are always so helpful they make for an easy and fast check in! Not gonna lie I mostly come here for the craft beer, they are always bringing in new beer selection all the time which I love! Brook is so helpful and so knowledgeable on his beer. Internet is on and off it's not the best which would be my only complain about the hotel!

great place - esp in san jose area

Because the San Jose area proper is like the super bowl is going on every week and you cant hardly find a crummy place for any price, I was driving up on business from So Cal. I booked this hotel because 1. it was available and 2. it did not cost as much as a Toyota to stay there. I was pleased, it has what I consider to be a perfect business hotel - clean and quiet, free wifi, free breakfast, free parking and no gouge fees.. I drove the rest of the way into san Jose in the morning. I would stay again and I recommend it. The other nice thing is unlike the rest of the San Jose north of this its not overloaded. The big problem in the bay area these days is everything is overloaded, over stressed and crowded - thus most everything north of here is overpriced if you can even get in. I was pleasntly surprised - the room was very spacious and clean. They are repainting the outside and when that is done they will have more parking (the parking spaces were taken up with equipment and workers - but I still managed to get one. I plan on repeating. Its close to the highway and places to eat too if you need that.
