Chipotle's do-it-yourself Mexican menu is a considerable improvement over other franchised Mexi-food operations around Mo Vall. You go thru a line, cafeteria style and build your own burrito or other culinary treat from freshly prepared ingredients. Your meal is usually ready to go - no waiting - as you finish the ordering line. I thought their tasty salsa, black beans and guacamole were superior to what other franchises offer. Chipotle is also very close to the 60 Freeway, especially when going eastbound.
A few downsides were an uncomfortable, hard seat industrial look, considerable piped music noise and racket, so much so that you practically had to scream out your order. There were only a mere 5 or 6 fountain drink beverage choices - Pepsi products only - and vehicle parking was challenging in this congested area.
Bottom line, Chipotle is good chow if you are really in a hurry and don't want to spend much, however it is not even close in quality and variety to the more authentic Mexican food places in town that many of us prefer. It also lacks the friendlier, "glad you came" Mom n Pop atmosphere of other dining choices in Moreno Valley.
