Not that impressed

They stole stuff out of our fridge and left the trash there. They even charged us for something we didn't use. The only thing that was it has a good location.

We love hearing from our guests; both the good and the bad. Honest, candid feedback from our guests is especially important to us, as it gives us our greatest opportunity to improve both our hotels and our service.
That being said, we are deeply troubled by this reviewer’s claims. We very much hope that they will reach out to the hotel directly, so that we can get more details and look into it properly. Though no reports of theft were made to the hotel in recent weeks, we take such claims very seriously. We hope to hear from this guest soon so that we can work with them to resolve the issue.

Should any guest feel that they would like to speak with a manager directly about something, please do not hesitate to give us a call; we are more than happy to discuss any concerns or feedback that a guest would like to bring to our attention.

Another fantastic stay

I was very happy to once again return to the Victorian Inn for my last business trip to Monterey. As always, the stay was very comfortable and convenient with unfailingly friendly staff, contributing to a very successful trip. Thank you, Victorian Inn!

Great place - right in the middle of everything

Great hotel. Close to all attractions and restaurants.
Only disapointment is the breakfast. Not the food itself, but there is not enough room for the guest. This caused a lot of waiting to get a chair and a table..

Excellent Experience

We stayed here just for one night but we highly recommend it . We would definitely stay here again. Great service from the moment we entered the door till we left.

Nice stay for family

My husband and I were on a trip to Monterey with a 2 and 4 year old and their grandparents. We had 2 adjoining rooms on the 2nd floor. The rooms were well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom decor was a little outdated but everything was clean. One of the rooms was next to the elevator and we did have some hallway noise from this. The free breakfast was decent with a hot item (one morning french toast and the next a simple omelet) and muffins, cereal, toast, etc. All in all it was perfect for our stay. The adjoining rooms made our trip a lot more enjoyable with our 2 little ones as we could put them to bed and relax in the other room with grandma and grandpa.
