this was a very nice experience ~` the staff -- Phillip -- went out of his way to help me and my daughter out with our trip ! he gave us so much information regarding the Aquarium and the surrounding arear of interest !!

I was here for one night with friends mainly for the Big Sur Marathon. Nice friendly staff, good location, clean rooms and beds, very good breakfast that was available early for us before the race. Overall a really great stay for the price.

Stayed here for marathon weekend. Incredibly reasonable price. The customer service was rock solid! I was so impressed. Every staff member was hospitable, positive, talkative, and always asked what else they could do to help. Room was very clean and quiet. It was a little outdated but the service and cleanliness made up for it. Highly recommend!!!!

While this hotel is not in the center of the tourist area, it offers convenient access to everything the area has to offer and with many good restaurants nearby, its location, coupled with the affordable rates and huge rooms, make this hotel is an excellent value for the area.
The room was clean and very large with lots of room for our family to spread out. Equipped with plenty of seating, a large flat-panel TV, microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and safe, we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in room Wi-Fi was strong, reliable and complimentary as was parking and breakfast. Although the breakfast is billed as continental, microwavable breakfast sandwiches and burritos are available making for a hearty start to the day.
The staff was friendly and helpful in providing pointers as we used this hotel as a base to explore the entire Monterey Peninsula, Pinnacles National Park and the northern end of the Big Sur Coast.

This hotel was convenient for us after a long day travelling. Mary at the front desk was sooo helpful we felt as though we had known her for a long time. The hotel was older, but well maintained. We would stay there again

I was suggested this place by a friend of mine who recently visited there and I had an awesome time with my family in this place. On arrival, we were warmly greeted; good food, comfortable rooms, friendly staffs. This place is really very nice.
