“Dessert!”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

The variety and quality of desserts are amazing! We rarely purchase desserts, but these are worth it. Unfortunately, the carrot cake was out when we were there, but the cheesecake was delicious. Vegetarian options are few, but otherwise a nice variety of entrees and a tasty salads.

“Best Desserts Ever”
Reviewed February 26, 2013

Being a Rosine's dessert lover (Carrot's Cake), I returned with our family to celebrate our adult daughter's birthday along with her 2 young daughter's. Our waitress was so gracious and really made our grandchildren feel welcomed. They ordered entree's with mash potatoes with gravy as their side and raved about how great it was. Our daughter ordered deep fried Calimari Strips, which is a favorite of hers. She informed us they were one of the best she'd ever had. We ended the meal with Lemon Cake and it was beyond words. The girls loved it and so enjoyed feeding their mom for her Birthday. I always make sure and visit Rosine's anytime I'm visiting Monterey.

“Great food!”
Reviewed February 23, 2013 via mobile

We totally enjoyed our breakfast - but warning ..... Way too much food!
They have a beautiful case full of pastries and cake - almost too good to pass up ..but after our huge plates of food ( and two containers to go) we are stuffed!
A short walking distant to cannery row.

“the best peanut butter pie !!”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

our last evening in Monteray we're looking for a restaurant and we asked to a local. she suggested this restaurant. We're a little bit undecided because there was also italian food (I never eat italian when I'm abroad). in any case, at the end we decide to go and we're really happy about our decision !! my california burger was great !! but the best was the peanut butter pie.... really gorgeous and delicious !!

“Lots of good food for a decent price”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

This was our second visit to Rosine's and we were just as impressed as before. Their portions are huge and pricing is very reasonable for Monterey. I ordered a half portion of the turkey eggs benedict and still was unable to finish my meal ... it came with awesome home fries, too. My husband mistaken ordered the regular veggie eggs benedict. The portion was too much (we could have easily split.)

We ate there on a Monday so there was no wait, but on weekends this place usually has a wait for tables. We consider Rosine's a must when visiting Monterey.
