Finally on our third visit, we went for dinner. Our last two experiences were great. We especially enjoyed the beer selection, attentive staff and outdoor area.
After reading the many reviews, I ordered the fish sandwich and my husband ordered the chicken curry (spicy). The sandwich was good but nothing special. I liked the light breading on the fish but the flavor was completely overpowered by the thick slices of onion. Even the lettuce and tomato seemed to ruin the delicate fish. The chips were good and hot! The chicken curry was interesting. Our waiter said it was one of his favorite dishes to order. It is basically cut up chicken, steamed veggies (and a lot of them) and some curry flavoring poured over rice. Despite ordering it "spicy" this dish lacked serious flavor.
We'll still go back for the beer and charm of this place... just eat dinner before hand.
