I'd like to give this 3.5 stars, but I rounded up just because they were so nice and we were having such a fun time.
The upside: good quality food, everything very fresh, super nice service.
We had chowder (way too much cream and butter!) and salads and fish sandwiches. All good, though nothing to go out of your way for. It's just nice to eat on the Wharf amid all the tourists and fresh sea air and seagulls.
The downside: Because it's not on the harbor side, the "view" is of a little brackish lagoon with a busy main street above in the near distance.
