Pho's soup base didn't have MSG. Not expensive and the quality of food is great. Love the spring rolls. Love the dips are in tiny stainless steel container instead of the cheap plastic one. Waiters are nice!

Being on the road in the US you have to eat a lot of burgers! So this was a nice and needed break from the fatty US food along the highways.

I live in Asia and love spicy food. But as expected the spiceness was very westernized here even though I asked for it to be extra spicy. Still good though...

We have eaten at the Chopstix in Seaside and Monterey a number of times, i typically order a dry noodle bowl with Lemongrass beef. My wife usually orders pho. This trip was disappointing, as the quality of beef the restaurant served was clearly deficient. Each piece was tough and fatty...it is clearly an inferior grade of beef to serve with this dish. My wife's pho was barely warm upon delivery to the table. Service was incidental. Once our food was served, there was no check -back to ask how the food was, nor were soda or water refills offered. The plasric encased menus were filthy. They did not appear to have been wiped down at all between diners. that should have been a first clue, There are other options available in the area. We will exercise those in the future.

Hello there, noodle number 0 and popcorn chicken again??? Yes, this is my order every time i visited the place..... It is value-for-money place to dine all day long...The regular Pho costs you less than USD7 and appetisers at are USD4 onwards... I strongly recommend the Appetisers - Popcorn chicken and Calamari.... as for main course, of course it will be Pho with beef and beef meat balls.... yummy!!!!!!

Ordered carry out twice. First time asked for beef pho and it came with two little pieces of beef and a tastless broth. I had to add spices at home to be edible. Did not eat the all of it. Decided to try a second time considering the limited number of option for Pho in Monterey. Asked for vegetable pho and fresh spring roll. There was barely any broth and again it was tastless. I actually threw more than half away. Spring roll was just okay.
