I loved that this place was off the 'beaten path' yet close enough to Uber to downtown, restaurants, the beach, convention hall. The front desk person was very sweet and accommodating when I needed something as simple as a few paper plates and forks.
The place is outdated, but I got a good price for the time spent there. Breakfast was not the greatest. Continental included hard boiled eggs, coffee, orange and apple juice, stale cereal, bananas, apples, breakfast muffins, and variety of bread and bagels. We weren't in the room except at night to sleep. The room had a door and patio door, which was not put in correctly and no way to secure the room since the slider slid outside instead of inside. The in room coffee, i really liked. We got a king bed, bed was comfy, but no air conditioner, and it was kinda warm. I think they give fans because I saw the maids with fans. Allows dogs on downstair rooms.
They have a pool but no spa. They have a sushi resturant on premises, but does not have our wine or beer.
Old. Dirty. Outdated.
Dirty bathroom. Bed had sand in it. Not a nice place.
Take my advice and pay a little more and stay someplace cleaner. I would have preferred to drive home instead of staying the night.
Spend more, stay someplace nicer.
Mold in bathroom, broken smoke alarm. Housekeeping left door open. Bed was horribly hard. I brought this to managements attention and nothing was fixed. I will not be staying here not recommending. Was offered 15% off which is an insult
Being a Wyndham Rewards member I prefer to book directly and not use a comparison web site. The day was getting late so we decided to go directly to this property and just get a room. We checked on line for what we could expect to pay and for availability. Upon arrival the front desk staff was unwilling to honor the price on the official Wyndham web site for the room. We were told we would have to book on line. So that is what we did. We were then told it would take a will to come through. After 15 minutes of waiting for it to show up in his system it "was not showing up on his end" so we went to grab dinner and came back. He still was not showing our reservation so at that time (2 hours later) he decided he could go ahead and give us the price as shown on the Wyndham web site. Seemed to lack customer service training or general guest relations.
