I loved this place so much. I am very much in to aquariums this has to be one of my favourites I have visited. It's well worth a visit if your in Monterey. The exhibits are great if you do go with children there is plenty of interactive exhibits to keep them happy. I love how the aquarium showed the history of the area being that it was in one of the factories that was part of Monterey sardines trade. Had a wonderful time here with my partner

As stated in the title, the Aquarium always has something new to offer. Still, I never get tired of the old events like the sea otter feeding and the penguin feeding. One can spend a full day easily and still not see everything.

Enjoyed our visit to the Aquarium. Busy as we expected but able to see everything we wanted. Sealions especially interesting, but penguins were good too. We felt that the admission was on the expensive side [$50 for an adult, $40 for a senior] and also that from a previous holiday that Boston Aquarium was better, but that is many many miles away from here. Worth a visit

The aquarium is a very fun place to visit with a lot of interactive activities for kids and an amazing amount of marine life to see. I enjoyed the history of the cannery area as well. The kids loved the sea otters and the areas to touch various creatures. Overall, it's a fun experience, but it will cost a lot. The food in the cafeteria is incredibly overpriced and the souvenirs even more so.
