“The best aquarium we have seen”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

We have visited many aquariums in Canada, US and Australia but mone comes even close to the wonder and design of this one.
All ages are educated in hands on, live demonstrations and feedings. There are over 1000 volunteers here so that tells you how much folks enjoy the place.

Give yourself a whole day to do it justice and still you may want to go back the second day.

“Awesome!”

Be sure to schedule a whole day to tour the aquarium! I also recommend taking the behind the scenes tour. It was very interesting to see how the aquarium is ran & to see the tanks from above!

“Got to see the Jelly Fish”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

While not Fish, they are Jelly! Lots of species and a fellow named Thomas who works there took us on a private behind the scenes tour of where they raise and hatch the jellies. Wonderful place for kids of all ages. Not to miss are the feeding times on the larger exhibits and the docent narrated talks and slide shows. Seahorse and jelly fish exhibit are not to be missed.

“Wonderful Underwater Experience”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

This aquarium is exciting. Walking from area to area, seeing the different types of fish and creatures is jaw dropping.
the interactive ray exhibit was fabulous.
There are a number of booklets with great advice on how to sustain the fishing industry and supported by the Restaurant Association.
