I would like to give this bakery good review, as I had high hopes regarding their reputation. However, after meeting with Roy, the owner & manager, and speaking with him at length for over an hour about items I was seeking, I can only observe that this bakery is poorly run & operated, and even Hanna's own manager/owner stated that the bakery was doing poor business & made degrading comments about the shop, it's customers & the staff it employs. Looking around the shop can validate this viewpoint. The bake shelves are nearly empty, lacking variety, and when it comes to special occasion cakes, they have only 1 recent display, which lacks description and show of skill.
Roy even told me himself that Olde Time Pastries was better. What a way to run a bakery...into the ground
