I stayed at this property a few days ago. Great front desk staff, friendly, had my key to me in seconds.

Rooms are nice, top floor rooms have nice high ceilings and are very comfortable. Fridge and micro in the rooms, a large flat screen TV. Beds are very comfortable. I asked for a courtyard overlook room to avoid parking lot noise, and it was nice. I suggest you request room away from the In and Out burger joint on the south side.

Free breakfast with my internet rate, so a very good value. Free local, USA Today, and WSJ papers in the lobby. The courtyard and pool area are pleasant, though you get some road noise from highway 99. Fast, free wifi.

There is a nice looking exercise room as well.

All in all, a nice stay, and I will probably shift some stays here from my usual hotel since this is closer to the office I use in town.

Restaurants within walking distance include:
Olive Garden
Outback
Black Bear Diner
In and Out Burger

A lot of room for $110 a night. Spacious, well appointed, everything working well except for the AC having to struggle to keep up with the heat. Nice pool, excellent free breakfast. The WIFI is fast and free, a nice change from the other chains. Most impressive was the staff, which was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

This is a good example of the Courtyard by Marriott chain offering good service and a reasonable stay.
The rooms are large and the shower was also powerful.
We slept well and the rooms were well maintained.
We ate at the nearby Outback (see later review) but we were told to be careful walking back as there has being problems in the retail park before.
The only complaint was the coffee in the room was disgusting.

My sister had her wedding ceremony at this hotel over the weekend. It's a really great place if you are looking for something small. It was over 109 degree hot that day. Only a few downsize, they didn't have iced water near the ceremony area. Instead, it was inside the lobby and it was such a long walk. They have only one suite which is another disappointment. Most of my family did not get to stay on the same floor which we requested. Another family member checked in using our last name. The front desk had no idea there were 2 family members with the same last name so they ended up getting our room. Overall, a really great place to stay and near plenty of restaurants.

Room Tip: There is no elevator.

Very nice and warm staff. The property appears to be in need of some updating. Apart from that the rooms were nice and large with elevated ceilings. The exercise room is on the small side with dated machines. All in all a decent option but not a great one.

The hotel itself is fine - standard Marriott fare, a little older place. The customer service though, was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, but not overbearing. It's a hard balance to get right, but they managed to do it. They were able to make me feel valued and comfortable without being creepy and in my face. I would definitely stay here again.

Furniture in room really scuffed up. Hotel has seen better days. I'd think they could charge more like $99 or less and not the $119 considering other cheaper hotels and the aging of this courtyard.
Beds fine, cleanliness fine, not a Courtyard standout, however.
