“Go Here for Happy Hour!”
Reviewed February 3, 2014

We ate here for Happy Hour Friday, Jan 31. Andrew was our server and we sat at the bar. Excellent food and drinks for $5 each. A Lemon Drop Martini was $5! We had the Asian BBQ Wings and Apple Glazed Meatballs, both were $5. The Coconut Shrimp was $6. We went in hungry and left stuffed! You can check out the Happy Hour menu on their website. Food service was quick and Andrew kept an eye on our glasses and knew when it was time for a refill.

“So So It's food!”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

I think that their new menu lacks imagination and uniqueness. With that said, I feel their prices are on the high side. Most seating requires one to bring extra warm jackets and/or a scarf any time of year. It is cold and drafty. The manager blames that on the fact that the building is old. I think that is hogwash! The staff is always pleasant and friendly and work hard to please!

“Close to work ...”
Reviewed December 1, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

We normally go to this claim Jumper location for lunch since it's close to work. The food is always good, but sometimes the service is not as fast as we would like. But overall we enjoy lunch here at this location.

“Very good food!”
Reviewed November 23, 2013

We always go back to the Claim Jumper when we visit California each year. It has been consistently good in food and service! Even went twice this time! A warning though...get there before 6pm or you will have a long lineup to get seated. However, we found the wait worth it!

“Not a good experience”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Was very disappointed, last night the food was not good, the waitress made excuses for the poor quality blaming the issues with our meal on bad corporate decisions. For instance our mint choc chip mud pie came with just the ice cream and choc topping, but no crust. When we asked why this was, our waitress said it was a corporate decision to stop putting a chocolate crust on their mud pie selections on the menu. WHAT??? Then she avoided us the rest of the night. How dare we question the crust?

My husband said his Alfredo chicken was dry and chicken tasted like it was a week old.
The tri-tip was also disappointing. And finally we took a friend there for her birthday and ordered the 7 layer cake, all I can say is it was a brick. For the $$ we will choose another restaurant next time.
