I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times over the past 5 years. We recently selected it as our companies hotel of choice, mainly based on my recommendations and past experience. I'm thrilled!

Check-in: A breeze. They typically have cookies and lemon water available as soon as you walk in the door and the desk staff are the best.

Rooms: All rooms have a separate living space (not doored off) with a second TV, refrigerator (and note: FREEZER), coffee maker, desk, couch, coffee table and end tables. This makes the location perfect for longer stays. I'm usually there for a full week so the extra space is awesome. Nicely appointed restrooms and very comfortable beds with excellent A/C. Stayed on the ground floor this time, which was not something I would want again. Late night guests in the atrium area and people above us were a distraction. I'll ensure I'm on a higher floor next time.

Parking: parking is plentiful and easily accessed.

Breakfast: Included full breakfast. Not a continental breakfast which is nice. One morning they made breakfast burritos, another omelets to order, eggs, bacon or sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, breads, waffles, coffee and juices as well as cereal. Never wanting for more.

Overall staff: Amazing staff. We had some odd requests: bottle opener, extra hangers and room key issues. They accommodated all with out question. Our room key issues were due to low batteries in the door card key lock. Solved rather quickly.

We have every intention of staying again!

Room Tip: top floor: better view and let interference from other guests.

When you stay here, it feels like home. All the rooms are spacious suites. The beds are super comfy. The staff is so nice and always smiling and willing to help with anything. It also includes a hot breakfast which is always good. The restaurant staff is really nice. It's just a nice and relaxing place to stay with your spouse or family. We will be back!

This was a lovely stay! We had a business trip in the area & this hotel made it a mini vacation.
The staff were wonderful. The room was good for the money. The food (in house restaurant) was very good! We also treated ourselves to an early evening at the spa. Mary, that runs/owns it, is an absolute joy & her staff were excellent!
We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room Tip: If you stay in the Spa building, a corner suite is an excellent choice!

This was the fourth hotel we stayed in on our eight night Southern California trip. We checked in for two nights Monday June 17. We had a room with two beds on the second floor. Everything from the exterior decor to the quality and comfort of the room made this our favorite hotel of this trip. All the staff were professional and very friendly, always ready to help. They had free parking, free internet everywhere, including the room and a great free breakfast. The pool was clean, warm and had views of the valley below. I had never heard of this hotel chain before but we were very impressed from beginning to end. Too bad they only have them in Southern California.

Nice property, very convenient to the highway. Courtyard is quite nice and peaceful. Small restaurant with a very good breakfast (included in the room rate). Staff are friendly. Room was nicely furnished and included a small fridge and coffee maker (I don't recall if there was a microwave but there may have been). It was clean with nice bedding.

My only issue was in the morning the sound of the person walking around in the room above me was incredibly loud. It it weren't for that I would have given it 4 stars. So, ask for a room on the 3rd floor and I think that issue would be moot.

I would definitely go back, I think the hotel was a terrific value, especially for Orange County.

Room Tip: Get on the top floor.

Dear funlonghorn -

Thank you so much for choosing our hotel for your stay and for your kind words. While I am pleased you found our team welcoming and value in the accommodations/amenities (microwave included), I do apologize if noise from the room above interrupted your sleep or disturbed you in any way. We are always happy to address noise complaints should the Front Desk be informed of the issue. We are very grateful for your recommendation and hope you will have the chance to visit again soon.

I have stayed at this location many times over the past two years and I must say it is a hiden gem and a great value. First of all, the room rates are great. Parkign is included. They offer a complimentary made to order breakfast and they have a social night with free snacks beer and wine. They are located right off the toll road at Los Alisos BLVD and right up the hill and in walking distance from a shopping center with pleanty of restaurants and shops. They have a very nice dine in restaurant and the staff is always happy to see you. They even have a complimentary shuttle which will take you to destinations in teh local area The have the Stash Rewards program which I don't use since I have other hotel programs. Even though there is a Marriott and a Hilton closeby, stay at the Ayres and get pampered the way you used to get treated at the others. Five Stars in my book !

We stayed at the Ayers Hotel & Spa June 7 to June 9. Our room was clean, quiet, & large with 2 TVs, separate seating area, refrigerator (with separate freezer compartment) and microwave. The staff was efficient and friendly. Nice complementary breakfast. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Our room was on the back side of the hotel with a view of the highway and the hills beyond the hotel...
