Excellent. Desaree (Front Desk Manager) will make your stay amazing! The beds were clean. The hotel is 10 minutes from the train to San Fran and 10 minutes from the airport. There arent a lot of places to eat over there, and its smack in the middle of Japantown, but take the CalTrain up for the day to SF and you wont regret it!
The staff is excellent, helpful, resourceful and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well lit. Good location for why were in the area. The coffee is good down at the breakfast bar with plenty of good teas to choose from as well. The only down side is the elevator is pretty darn slow. I would recommend to anyone needing a good overnight place to stay in Milpitas.
Typical Hampton with the amenities. The front desk staff was terrific, thanks Star for your welcome and good nature. The room needs an update, cracked tiles in the bathroom and the shower head was barely holding together. My gripe is always the iron. As a business traveler I almost always to use the iron and mostly they are leaky or broken, well this iron was no different.
It is close to the road for ease of access and some food options.
Excellent location with easy on easy off from all major roadways. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast as always was hot with many different selections to chose from. Many area restaurants in nearby plaza. Asian, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Middle Eastern.
I have stayed here many times. It is close to my work. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are exceptionally nice. Breakfast is quite good. Not a fancy place, but I am very comfortable staying here.
