During check in time around nearly 3am on 09/03/17 front desk "Paul" claimed manager on duty, mocked me, indirectly embarrassed me and harrassed, belittled me, made me feel like being an "hiltons" honor member meant really nothing, in fact indirectly made fun of me like as being a member was somthing pointless and meaningless and slammed his managers business card, on the table "said HERE call my manager tomorrow and tell her". No one would have ever believed us for the unprofessionalism we received and how we were being treated, so pulled my phone out and started to record, as soon After i started recording on my phone he immediately durned a 360 degree turn and was completely acting the opposite. I am disappointed in hampton and more so of hilton for allowing this. The room and place was good. But i spent my 2nights in agony and fear that the employee might come for revenge. On check out finally met the manager and she was a sweet lady, she apologized and explained that it was Pauls last shift that night and perhaps why he acted that way. I showed her a clip of the video and she understood.
