Well located, very close to the airport. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Amenities are well above average for an airport hotel. Lobby, rooms and bar are kept simple and very modern. Very good quality for that price.

We just stayed here overnight with our family of six. This hotel is just about half a mile from the airport and ideally situated for travellers who need to catch late night or early morning flights. The room was clean with usual amenities, but small. We could still hear aircraft noice inside the room.
The best part of the hotel was the free shuttle service provided by them every half an hour to the various terminals of the airport. We had to leave at 3.30 a.m in the morning and could catch the shuttle which was very helpful.
A good hotel for transit travellers.

I have stayed here 12 days the past three months and as a Marriott Platinum Titanium member, get no respect.

Check in was cold in nature. No, thank you for being a member and no upgrade to a better room. I never pushed it, it I am entitled to $25 voucher to cover breakfast. Never asked once.

Rocks are standard Aloft rooms with bare minimum comfort. The cleaning staff are miserable. Never a hello walking down the hallway. Always signed up for their Green program and requested at the front desk for the points. Never got them, always got the $5 voucher under the door. Was told security goes around early in the morning sticking these cards under the door if you have the tag out.

Hotel is OK for an overnight but improve the staff and friendliness and work on recognizing those who stay upwards of 75 nights a year in a Bonvoy property.

Room tip: If you are a Bonvoy member, demand your benefits.

My daughter and I stayed here. The room was nice and service was prompt. We had a rental car and had to pay an extra $30 to park it. But we wanted to be close to the airport. Getting in and out is a breeze. The bar area was lively and welcoming.

Room tip: order online as you may get a cheaper price.

I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here because my red-eye flight was canceled. I wish I'd chosen a different place. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't great.

The lobby wasn't clean. There was dried food and grease all over the check-in desk; the employee had been talking to a friend at the front desk, so I'm guessing the drippings/grease were his. It was absolutely disgusting. The floors & carpets needed to be cleaned. There was a table of snacks near a window, but I didn't know who they were for or if you needed to pay for them or what. No breakfast offerings except a computer printout of a bunch of $9 bowls?

Luckily, my room was clean, which was better than I expected after seeing the rest of the hotel. I didn't like that the windows are blackout-only, with cheap vinyl shades & no sheers. If you want to let some light in without everyone seeing you (I was on the 1st floor), think again. The other reviews about the weird & dark design of the bathroom are accurate. My new flight was delayed twice so I ended up staying all the way through to checkout time.

The lobby seemed fine to hang out in, it was very stylish and people seemed to be enjoying it when I arrived late at night. There is a little decorated area designated for selfies. The employees seemed inexperienced and lackluster, I'm glad I didn't have any major problems; my confidence in them was not too high. But I wish they'd spent more $$ providing a nice place for travelers to rest instead of what is basically a hipster bar with mediocre service.

I am probably not this hotel's target customer. If you want a cool looking place to hang out & socialize and aren't worried about comfort or cleanliness, this place is perfect for you! I get it, it's really cool. I'm a millennial too! But I was also an exhausted traveler looking for a comfortable and CLEAN place to stay until my rescheduled flight. If that's you, keep scrolling. It's worth the extra time to find somewhere else.
