Wow! De Angelo's moved (and Waze doesn't know it so our GPS took up to the old downtown location. Apparently there was a fire at the old location. Admittedly, I was disappointed, because the charm of De Angelo's WAS it's location -- a warm + cozy space that felt bustling and busy. The new location is a big, cold, open hotel restaurant (with prices to match). The food was good and the service was good, too, but the ambiance was sub-par. The menu is very limited -- heavy on the 8oz + cuts of beef. Alas, gone is a GREAT restaurant, replaced by an OKAY restaurant with over-priced food.
