Great food and service in this lovely little place on busy El Camino in Menlo Park. We're both vegetarians, and the selection was excellent, although meat eaters will also be well pleased.

The decor is elegant and simple - not a funky cafe by any means.

If you're out shopping in Menlo Park, this is a good place for a lunch break, but it is also a lovely dinner destination.

Worth a visit. Outside patio in good weather. Ask waiter for recommendations. Service a bit sporadic.

Though not a traditional baklava, the chocolate baklava is really good and not too sweet. The cop shish and chicken kebab are some of our favorites. The combo appetizers (hot and cold) are great too. Bummer that they took off the traditional Turkish breakfast and pides off the Sunday lunch menu.

This family-owned-and-run restaurant specializes in simple, classic Turkish food Restaurant has a large floor space, simply decorated, with tables placed well apart from each other for the most part. I bring guests there frequently because, being relatively quiet It is wonderful to be able to have a conversation without shouting....a rare occurrence in a restaurant these days. Food is excellent and fresh. Lamb dominates the menu but there are other meats and vegetarian dishes to choose from.
Prices are moderate by local standards, but an especially good value at lunch, where their wraps are huge and under $10.00. Service is genial, if not swift

I've been to Sultana twice with co-workers. It can be risky to visit an ethnic restaurant and bring a guest who is from that same region -- each time one of my guests was from a Mediterranean country and both times they came away impressed that Sultana could deliver authentic food in a pleasant setting.
They offer a sampler which has generous portions of a good variety of appetizers. The main dishes were tasty and the portions were generous. If you go with a group, you can get several different things and share.
I'd give it two thumbs up.
