Thanks to this place, I now have a new food obsession - smoked oysters. They served them on crostini spread with cream cheese and drizzled with a tiny bit of remoulade. I've eaten oysters for decades, mostly raw, and I'm so greatful that I have stumbled upon this new method of preparing them. We also had some raw kumamotos and a farm grilled cheese sandwich - all very good. Sit outside at the communal table with some wine and marvel at the natural beauty of Tomales Bay.
