“Great for breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2012

We were staying just around the corner at Jamica Bay Inn and walked here for breakfast every day. We just had basic eggs and toast and really enjoyed it. The coffee is the best we have had in the US we find good coffee hard to find here. Just a small, don't know if it is family owned but had that kind of feel to it, quaint little place, a good relaxing breakfast spot.

“Should be better than it was”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2012

I ate here a couple of times and after the second time realized that the food was bland. They have healthy choices, but the flavor is just so-so. They are pretty expensive for what they are. The food is made fresh to order, so expect a wait. The atmosphere is good. Not a bad place to stay and use the Wifi and enjoy a coffee.

“Local favorite”

If you want good food, find out where the locals eat. This is the place. Quaint, free wi-fi, big menu. Worth a try.

“Great locals diner”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2012

Ideal place for a freshly cooked breakfast while reading the paper and using the free wifi. Seats through the back door are in the sunshine. Service can be a bit haphazard so don't be afraid to chase up drinks, etc.

“Great Breakfast - Healthy or not”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 24, 2011

We enjoy this place! The food is always good, and you can't beat being able to sit outside and eat - so what if your meal cools off a little faster than normal because of the cool air (in winter)? There are healthy options and not so healthy options. Too many menu items to list -- look here: http://www.joniscoffee.com/ We always go hungry and almost always get the 222 with multi-grain French toast or pancakes, eggs over easy (consistently done right) & turkey sausage (great). The portions are large, so you could even split them. The coffee is GREAT (as bold as Starbucks, but not as bitter) and you can get a to-go cup. A great place to walk to if you're nearby. It does get really crowded in the summer, be prepared to wait in line and wait for a table.
