We stopped in at Fishing with Dynamite on a Monday afternoon for a glass of wine and ended up ordering some raw oysters to share. Our waitress was great in making a mixed selection for us (4 people) and brought an assortment of yummy sauces to try as well. The first dozen oysters were so delicious that we couldn't help but have another dozen - why not try all that's on the menu, right?!

Service, food and wine selection were wonderful. I'd definitely go back for more!

The place is small and not inexpensive, but the food is so good.
We had a wonderful and relaxed experience. Will go again.

We made reservations two months in advance and flew from San Francisco for a 3:30pm reservation (the only time we could get) to eat at this ten table establishment that was getting rave reviews. Unfortunately the hype was better than the experience. The place is really small and the wooden benches uncomfortable. Our party of four ordered the oyster sampler as a starter but when we began munching on the seaweed nestled on the platter the waitress almost had a heart attack. She shrieked, “ OMG, don’t EAT that!” then ran back to talk to the chef. We wondered if we had been poisoned. We weren’t, but I guess the seaweed is just for decoration. The octopus dish and the crab cakes are must haves. Other items were just average to our palate. Corkage $15.

Very expensive. Small portions. Oysters mediocre. Somewhat noisy. My husband was hungry for dinner when we left! Thai fish was good but overpriced.
