We are life-long Manhattan Beach residents and therefore suspect of any local restaurant (aka "tourist trap") especially one that occupies such a historically-challenged space as this one. What a nice surprise this was. The layout is modern and attractive affording primarily southern-facing views of the Pacific (and minimizing the ugly parking lot below.) The service was a bit slow, but always friendly (1-star demerit) but the food was quite good. Real Pizza, a terrific burrata salad, tacos and my spicy linguini and clams were all hits. The spicy fried tuna app being the only dud. Anyplace with French fries this good, however, is worth celebrating. Along with the view!
