What a fun afternoon! Kurt was a knowledgeable and fun guide. From the hike to the vineyard to the animals - it was a picture perfect afternoon and a must do while in the area!
Elena was great! She was super sweet and answered all our questions. The normal picnic area was unavailable due to damage from wildfires, but we had our wine tasting in the garden which was also lovely. We had a tasting of 3 wines, Chardonnay, Rose and Cabernet. Beautiful views and meeting the animals and feeding zebras was fun too!
I Booked a Hike in the morning for my girlfriends birthday. As luck would have it, the rest of the hike group didn’t show and we got our own private hike! The Scenery was gorgeous! Even post-fire, the greenery was already beginning to once again show its beauty. The hike itself wasn’t difficult and the grounds are beautiful and expansive. We Pet and fed animals (with expert help from our great guide) and the wines chocolate and cheese were delicious! The star of the morning, though, was our hiking guide Kurt. He was charismatic, funny, and very knowledgable. He helped us to take pictures and gave us an experience that my girlfriend LOVED. ASK FOR HIM BY NAME EVERY TIME and thank me later.
This hike was awesome and I'm so glad I was able to experience it! A must if visiting Malibu, Ca. and thanks to Haley for being such a informative tour guide. You definitely work for your wine but it's well worth it. Beautiful scenery so great for photo ops. Consider this hike for an active girl's trip or even with your significant other. You won't be disappointed!
We had a fantastic afternoon with our guide, Malekai, and all of the wonderful animals. The hike is not at all strenuous, more of a stroll around the property spotting animals along the way. We went as a private group and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Stanley the giraffe is a dream!
