My family and I were visiting the L.A. area this past weekend, and at the suggestion of TripAdvisor, we chose this restaurant for dinner. We always eat at local spots whenever we travel, and I typically rely on TA for such places. The service was very friendly, albeit, a little slow. I was enjoying the views, so I was fine, but of course, the kids will remind you when we have been waiting a while, especially after a long day at a theme park. I had sea bass, which seemed to be not as light as most I've had. My husband had a fish called opa (I believe that is how it's spelled). Both of our fish were parmesan crusted. It was the first time either of us had opa, and it was pretty good. We also had drinks from the bar, which were pretty good as well. The restaurant was a bit crowded, so we could tell it was a local favorite. Nice atmosphere, with the Hawaiian flare.
Bottom line, I would definitely return, even if only for the views. However, I would probably not get the sea bass again.
