Geoffrey's is truly a destination along the coast. They have got that place running like a well oiled machine, from valet, to hostess to servers. Decided to sit at the bar because the wait without a reservation on Sunday was about an hour, and so happy we did! Bartenders couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Mushroom omelet was huge and delicious. Hubby's crab benedict was cooked to perfection, and fabulous.. Fried potatoes decadent and a must have.. Not cheap, but worth the $... Don't know if anyone famous was there but sure were alot of beautiful people and the view wasn't bad too!

As with most place in LA, you have to drive to get here but it's worth the trip. Food is good and fresh. Love the salads, soups, beef. Everything actually! Staff is friendly and helpful. Ambiance is good, you can sit facing the ocean.
I see a previous post mentioned brunches in Asia. Well, if it's Hong Kong, then Geoffrey is far superior because you have FRESH air! Seriously though, there is something about Al fresco meals that make it so good and this place definitely fits the bill and the food is very good.

brunch on sunday with family, lovely time great view. menu was very nice lobster Benedict was just okay, the brie in puff pastry was to die for, the beet salad was good as was the mushroom soup. a couple for brunch without alcohol was $100.00. was it worth it?, yes for a special occasion, which this was.

We got a very good table facing the sea for Sunday Brunch. The sad part is that the mist disturbed the view but that is of course not a fault of the restaurant.
We have been here some years back at as we remember the menu was "more interesting" or say fresh.
We shared a Ahi Tuna Tartar and it was alright but nothing special then I had a Scotch Benedict and my wife a Lobster Cake Benedict.

My wife found her Benedict OK I but was not that happy with mine.
The Croissant was hard as rock, the Rosemary potatoes were burnt and the salmon was dry and totally tasteless.
The eggs were OK.

We do miss the Brunches in Asia.

The ambiance was good and service also good. We might come back but not for Brunch.
