I returned recently from a week at the Ranch. My objective was to get refocused for 2014, change some wellness habits and enjoy the outdoors. All accomplished at the Ranch. I had never done anything like this before and the experience taught me I can push myself harder. But don't be fooled; the Ranch is not a spa and lots of times, it is not fun. The 4 hour morning hike can test your resolve as much as the terrain itself. The accommodations are very nice and the Staff knowledge and professional, while responding quickly and effective to our needs. Food flavorful and filling. Regardless of your objectives, your "before and after" are recorded and documented.
