Our group of 9 took a trail ride at Boundary Ranch today and were treated poorly by reception. The receptionist Tom was contrary and not very accommodating. Organization was lacking. We waited half an hour past our booked ride time. My daughter (5 yrs old) wanted a pony ride and was taken for 5 min for $10 after much fuss that they couldn't because staff was lacking. I think that with a group this size spending a fair amount of money, they could accommodate a request for a pony ride given they were asked 2 months ahead of time.
Once out on the trail things improved greatly. The guide was good. We also had the BBQ lunch and the food was good.
Because of my experience with the front end, I would not recommend this ranch. Even when phoning the ranch, Tom was also not helpful or friendly. Emails were not returned.
