Everything from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave is perfect. Service, Food, Decor, and Ambience.

This top flight kitchen serves some of the most innovative, tasty, and well-presented food in the entire Bay Area. It is, arguably, the best Mediterranean restaurant in the country and you will appreciate the attention to detail every member of the team takes in making your evening memorable.

Wine list is extensive although expensive. If you are patient though- or ask- you can find hidden gems.

Don't pass up an opportunity to sit at the bar pre or post-meal. Fantastic bartenders who craft classic cocktails await and they come with great conversation as well.

Can't wait to go back.

Okay, I have to preface this by saying that I live in Portland, Oregon and there isn't any decent Greek food in Portland. I have eaten at Milos in Las Vegas which is very, very good. But I prefer Dio Deka. I have eaten at Dio Deka 3 times in 8 months. The first two times were with Chef Marty helming the kitchen. But Chef Marty has moved on, and now Chef Jeff is running the kitchen. The quality of the food has remained very high. I have tried most of the items on the menu. I have enjoyed everything on the menu, but I especially like the dolmathakia (grape leaves), keftethakia (lamb meatballs), sarmathes (stuffed cabbage leaves), kavouri risotto, and ktenia (scallops). Also one must try the bread---very tasty.

Dio Deka is a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful setting but make sure you check the menu online before you go. Our bill for 4 people was over $350 which included 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, 3 desserts, 2 glasses of wine, and one of least expensive after dinner drinks. The Octopus appetizer was incredible as were the lamb chops. We thought that the lamb shanks were good but not great. Kudos to the wait staff and the phoners and the hostess staff. They were all excellent.

Lets keep it simple - this is a very pricey restaurant serving great food with a wine list and wines by the glass. You're best bet is the appetizers and the whole branzino roasted in the wood oven. Steaks are ridiculously expensive -- go to Forbes Mill if you want a great steak and save money.

Comfortable ambiance with rosemary sprigs at each place setting. Extensive wine list and amazing appetizers such as grilled squid, dolmas, spanitopika. I highly recommend this restaurant on the grounds of the Hotel Los Gatos and Spa.

We have dined here three time now entertaining clients in Silicon Valley.

Order the lamb! It is prepared in an authentic old world manner over a wood fire. Vegetables are always interesting and roasted on the grill.
Delicious
