Went for Mother's day and had very nice food, with good ambience. Now, they undercooked my wife's filet and took longer than I would have liked to fix it. Also, our server was not his best. HOWEVER, silver lining was the management. They felt awful about the error and worked very hard to make it right. I would absolutely prefer a mistake free dining experience, but when mistakes are made it feels good to at least know that the staff wants to fix it and do better. A few items get comped off the bill and suddenly the taste in your mouth isn't quite so bitter.
