To just call this establishment a "Mexican Restaurant" would be an injustice. The place is a little off the beaten path and is in a mostly residential area of east Venice. It is quite a hike from the beach area and isn't much to look at from the outside. However, the food is very different from the usual Americanized Mexican fare and is delicious! My wife proclaimed the fish dish that she had one of the best ever. My tostado was large and excellent. The "house" Margaritas were to die for. Highly recommended.
