This is one of the best & coolest restaurants I saw in California, loved every moment! Service was awesome, food was incredible, the decor is very cool & trendy & you have to make sure you leave some room for dessert, they have a pastry section that's from out of this world!

“Playful and delicious”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

We had the chef's tasting menu in the SAAM room. Every course was delicious and several dishes had a very fun and playful twist to them. Our server was fantastic. He made great wine pairings and even composed a beer pairing as well. Not pretentious in the least and he was able to read how we wanted to enjoy our night. We initially tried to make a reservation for a specific day, but it was unfortunately booked up for a function. Apparently the function was cancelled and they called us back to invite us to come in. The only drawback to this place is trying to find parking anywhere close to the establishment, and as such we ended up having to use the valet parking.

“Jersey Shore”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

Our experience was probably ruined by the table next to us. Unfortunately my wife wanted to sit outside because it was too cold inside. This meant sitting in the smoking section. We had our kids with us and it was early so we didint expect any smokers. Unfortunately the Jersey Shore sat next to us. They weren't really but, they had just come down from the pool at the hotel above in shorts and swimwear, drunk and swearing, right next to us. I guess that is the downside of a hotel restaraunt. We really didn't get a chance to enjoy the place after that we just ate as quickly as we could and left. Shame really.

Some of the dishes are worth getting just for their presentation, but all are amazingly flavorful and delicious.

“Small plates some ok”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

The food is better than most but not stunning. Many small plates some of which are delicious and some of which are passable. It is considered a destination restaurant. I would suggest another in this area of great restaurants, this one is passable
