This restaurant is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for an extraordinary evening... The place is different from any place I went to. The decorum is very original (Bob Starks chairs and movie atmosphere) but your real surprise in the food. it's molecular cooking BUT with a REAL taste. You should not miss the olives (what would be more "normal" than an olive?... but here, under the care of Jose Andres, the olives are much more than just olives!)... Truth should be said, an evening there would make it for an unforgettable night!... The cocktails (with smoking mojitos!... the barbapapa cocktails) are absolutely impressive. An original place with a unique food experience. I went three times and have never been disappointed! - the personal is very helpful and help you make it a very memorable night.

For a very, very, special night out this is one that delivers. The food is unique and delicious. It doesn't matter if your food is molecular cooked or if it is by fire it will be a taste you long remember.Because of the richness of the food you will be glad it is a Tapas service. Little plates with big, mouthfilling tastes. From the traditional Quesos & Sopas to modern Taps that runs the gamut from a cavier cone to a Japenese Taco you will know you have eaten something special. The setting is beautiful and welcoming for all the beautiful people around you.

Great combination of classic and modern tapas with Jose Andres molecular twist. The ambiance was very cool and the dessert area was a nice change from the norm.

Oh Jose, has your empire gotten too big, have you spread yourself too thin?

My husband and I have been to Minibar, Jaleo, and Zaitanya in WA,DC, and my husband has been to Jaleo in Las Vegas twice while on business. Food and service in all these restaurants has been fabulous. Not at Bazaar last night however, I'm sorry to say!
First of all service was horrible! Had to ask for our champagnes glasses to be removed as they were still sitting there, empty, after we'd already been served and drinking the wine we ordered. Asked for knives as none were on the table, and clean plates for the several other courses yet to arrive, and none arrived. We considering going into the dessert section of restaurant as suggested by our server at the end of our meal, but when I went to check it out before making our decision, the fact that there was a shop in the midst of the dessert room was such a turn off, we decided to have dessert elsewhere.
Food was mostly good, but not up to par based on our past experiences. We were there with another couple as our guests, and among the 4 of us tried 16 dishes. The only outstanding dishes were the Philly cheese steak, caprese salad, seared squid, and tortilla espanola, from the " modern " tapas selections on the menu. The butifarra sausage with white beans was extremely salty and we love salt. Overall the whole experience was very disappointing, not to mention the deafening noise in the room that literally gave us all a headache. What a shame!
