It's loud, it's rather brightly lit, don't expect a romantic atmosphere. The food is a great value. A crab Louis with a huge mound of crab, the second best lobster bisque I've ever had (1st was a little tavern in Maine), and even the cheap steaks are tender...and actually come the way they're ordered. Service is about average, and really this would be a 3 star joint if the value didn't squeeze another star out of me.
