This was only my second visit to this particular Sheraton and it was partially contributed to Olga, in housekeeping. My initial stay which was approximately three weeks prior, I left my wireless speaker in my suite. A few days had passed before I realized the speaker was left behind. Unfortunately, with honesty being scarce these days I almost thought it would be a long shot that no one kept my speaker. I do appreciate Olga for her honesty and heart with turning in someone else's property. She shall be blessed as long as her days.
Furthermore, Security also played a major roll as they were thorough from start to end as well. A special thanks to Andre who initially took my call several days after my departure but recalled housekeepings good deed and he immediately, following some qualifying questions, explained my options as to retrieving my item. Last but not least, Eric was the one who made sure I received my item upon arrival and again, thank you all for being honest and thorough...until next time!
