This hotel is in the top half of the Hiltons I have stayed at, as a hotel. The room was large, clean, with a good bed, good desk, and large flat screen TV. A perfect business hotel for doing business in the valley.
The food end of the hotel was probably only at the 3 star level, though. As a business traveler, I get a lot of room service. My order of chicken parmigiano was not what you expect at a Hilton, especially one that is otherwise very good. The chicken was clearly machine made, frozen, then reheated at the hotel. The mozarella was also a machine made slice of cheese. At a Hilton, I would have expected the chicken to be breaded and cooked in a pan, possibly then baked.
The concierge room breakfast was minimal. The only two hot items were scrambled eggs and bacon. I've had better breakfasts at Hampton Inns, another member of the Hilton chain, so I'm not sure why this high end hotel isn't better.
Come here for the rooms, not the food.More
