Stayed at this property for one night prior to an early morning flight out of LAX as a Marriott Gold guest. The property was able to accommodate an early check-in at 1.00pm into an upgraded King room. The check-in agent proactively informed me that the room was a disability access room and sought my agreement which was wonderful so I knew what to expect (no tub etc.) More properties should do this.
Housekeeping was poor with delivery of toiletries which kept me from a nap but when I called a second time an hour later the supervisor was proactive in calling back to confirm receipt.
The property is a quick walk to the public bus stop and a short ride to the nearby In-and-Out. Airport shuttle ran on time and was reliable. Many shuttles were at hand so the shared nature of the shuttles with Joe's wasn't a huge issue. Rooms were tired but met Sheraton brand standards. Served its purpose.
