Decided to book a room to rest and relax during very long layover between two consecutive overnight flights. Great choice. This hotel is in a great location for travelers. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and sparkling clean. comfortable, spacious room. Highly recommend.

Within a few minutes of LAX with shuttle service, this hotel is modern and comfortable. The best part is their friendly warm staff, that treat you like family. The was my second time staying here and checking in I was recognized by Katherine D. at the the front desk. She was able to assign me the same great room I had on my last stay. I call her my angel because as with both stays she always looks after my well being and really cares about her guests. It is truly great to be a Bonvoy member. I will look forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel!

The Sheraton was a very nice hotel we stayed in for the night. We had a layover on our flight so they not only accommodated us with short notice, but they upgraded our room due to my rewards status. The executive sweet was very spacious with a great view of the city. Very quiet floors. The lounge had snacks and drinks. The continental breakfast had a variety of foods to eat. They have a friendly staff during our stay. The airport shuttle was quick and on time.

First, let me say that Bonvoy hotels and properties are lucky to have Saida working at the Sheraton Gateway LAX. I have been a platinum member way before the merger and this young woman is the most professional and polite staff member I have encountered in all my travels. She should teach classes on customer service. Secondly, this is a good hotel. I mainly stay at this hotel when I fly into La on business. It’s close to the airport and it has an amazing gym and pool. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing. The lounge is really nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only reason why I'm giving them only three stars is because the hotel is not luxurious in any way -- and it's not meant to be; it's for convenience. Don't stay here if you are planning a vacation in LA - Go somewhere fun!
Nothing fancy here but the staff I met were all very attentive, charming, and delightful, which made the place special. I was in and out of LA and this hotel met my needs perfectly, especially given the location and it's accomodation for dogs! :) Thank you!
