Let me just say I was blown away by the friendliness of the staffs in this hotel. Particular Estela Estrada she was so sweet and helped me with all my needs! I felt she is so caring and loving like a mother!! Thank you Estela.
In addition to the service, the food and venue are fantastic. I came for a business conference and attend various conferences every year, this hotel is by far one of my favorites and it is close to the LAX.

My team has held several events here, and it is always a pleasure to work with this staff. They respond very quickly to our needs, and have our event rooms setup according to our specifications. Flight was delayed so meant we needed to stay an extra night. The airline organised the hotel so I was skeptical on what kind of hotel I would be going too. Boy, did it surprise on the upside - great room, great restaurant, great pool and great staff. I would highly recommend a stay here if you need to be close to the airport.

Easy complimentary pick up from Lax. The hotel is close to the airport and has a nice pool. Perfect for kids and tired travelers.There is also Starbucks inside the lobby. Staff (Anthony Jones) was accommodating with our family's room and made sure we were taken care of.
