The hotel is located a very short drive from the airport, and offers a free shuttle. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. You can even enjoy a swim in a pool or the jacuzzi. The staff is very nice, and helpful.

We checked in late on a Friday night and headed out early on a Saturday morning. Nothing stuck out as above average, but the check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. If I needed an overnight accommodation near LAX again, I would check out this hotel.

We ended our 2-week road trip here and were very pleased with everything. Beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and very clean, the pool was nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. It appears hotel is newly renovated. We appreciated the free breakfast and parking especially as most of the airport hotels offer neither. If you are staying by the airport, this is the spot to be :). Just a side note regarding their shuttle service - it only runs on the half hour and we missed the shuttle for the airport at 5am and had to take an Uber as could not wait until 530, so make sure you have the schedule and are prepared to be there on time.

This place is perfect for an overnight sleep before or after a trip from LAX airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport that takes 10mns. Unfortunately you can’t book it by email prior to your trip but I managed to call the reception with Skype using the free LAX WiFi. The shuttle picked me up 20mns after I called. The room was clean. I booked a room with view but the view was on the parking lot of the restaurants behind the hotel. The staff was courteous. Surprisingly the breakfast was not bad. Everything was processed as you can expect from any hotel of this range in the US but at least it was served on recycled paper rather than styrofoam and it was diverse enough: 3 different types of omelettes, yogurt and pancakes with fresh fruit and walnuts. I was able to find a really nice coffee shop 12mns was from there “the coffee shop” and was able to buy some change of clothes at TJ max and Ross in that area as my luggage was delayed. I would stay again if I have to as it is convenient.

If you are not looking for a fancy hotel but a decent place to spend a night or two near the airport, this will work. It is about 10 to 15 minutes ride from LAX Airport. The hotel provides shuttle transportation every half hour. I used it in both directions and service was good.
There is a 7 Eleven, a Mcdonalds and a Sizzler around the corner. Sizzler closes around 9:30 pm. For later dining, there is Denny’s about a seven minute walk from the hotel.
Check in and check out were quick and friendly. My thanks to Emelda who stored my bag on the day I checked out.
Room is ordinary but the fridge, coffee maker, and microwave oven could be handy. Quality of towels could be improved.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor. This is not fancy either but will help you start the day comfortably with adequate choices.
There is a small gym near the breakfast room.

I gave my License ID for check in. Sandy asked for my con firmation booking and told me she wants to make sure im on the right place since there are many Holiday Inn in the area. She said I put the wrong last name on the booking. I gave her the confirmation booking thru my phone and it was clearly written my full name according to my license ID. She argues that the booking name that was on record was different. I told her what is written on the booking and my ID were the same. Why does she need to argue with the guest? I am an IHG Club member. I have never encountered such rude reception staff from all my travels. So impolite, no courtesy at all.
