We stayed here because everything else was booked.
We stayed for 5 days in October 2018, and they were doing some major renovations. This is an older hotel, and the layout is very confusing. You enter from the street directly into the lobby area (very small space), elevators were around a corner and marked by printed paper signs (blocked by the reno crew).
If you are a Hilton Honors member, there is NO lounge - they will give you continental breakfast vouchers - that you will use at the restaurant. To get to the restaurant you had to exit the building, go around the corner and enter there (the wait staff, at the restaurant were VERY rude!!)
The room was small, with little amenities (the size made it feel like a cheap hotel) for the price, I wish I would have stayed elsewhere. The fitness facility (if I can call it that) was terrible - 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and a couple of dumbbells.
The location is in the business district, so it isn't close to anything. You will have to take an Uber to everywhere
On the plus side, my friends stayed at the Luxe, so I hung out there most of the time.More
