The Westin Bonaventure in downtown LA was such a special stay for us during our prolonged visit! The building itself has been featured in several major Motion Pictures! The rooms have incredible views and many are recently renovated!

The attention to detail, most especially with customer service and guest relations is obvious from the moment you arrive! The general manager, Ken leads a stellar team whoes number one priority is the comfort of each and every guest during their stay at the Westin Bonaventure! Susan Soledad was instrumental in making sure our father, who happens to be a 100-year Old World War II veteran and all of his needs were accommodated! A great team has great leaders and this is a prime example!

That breakfast buffet is outstanding both in flavor and variety! The am service team became like family by the time we checked out!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Downtown LA the Westin Bonaventure has all of your needs, convenient valet parking, rooftop pool, an amazing location, a revolving bar and a fine dining restaurant on the top floor!

Look no further for your lodging needs in the LA area!

I attended a conference at the Bonaventure...the last time I was here was 40 years ago for another conference. The hotel still looks good; room furniture new...a very good experience. The buffet has a wide variety and everything nicely cooked/presented.

I stayed for the night and was not impressed. The property itself is nice a bit confusing as they have different levels for food and 4 towers to get to the rooms. Then the red tower has a bar at on the top floor that rotates with full views of the city.

with my new promotion at work i will be traveling more now and i am a loyal elite member with Marriott. The front desk women were lovely and efficient. The hotel was beautiful, more old school type but beautiful. My only complaint is valet. The Head Valet or manager in charge Daniel was very rude, he seemed aggravated every time someone did not have a valet ticket as if it was troubling for him. Ok i get it you give tickets to speed up the process but it’s a piece of paper, easy to lose or leave behind and he had a computer right in front of him to pull up anything he needed. I witnessed him shaking his head at a woman because she had dropped her car off but she changed her mind and actually wanted her car to go out again. Now call me crazy but that’s how valet works right? Drop off when you need to and pick up when you need to as much as you want to. Tisk tisk, the parking was $50 nightly so with that type of money spent we the customers should be shaking our heads be we pay anyway. Overall the hotel was great, just teach your valet how to work under pressure and tell him to work on his emotions and his poker face

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, from the valet parking attendant to the front desk. The hotel is very central located in downtown LA with pedestrian bridges that allow you get around with out crossing traffic. The hotel is very large which is great for meetings or conferences but do plan extra time to make your way around.
